Developing dedicated storytelling teams is one of my greatest loves, from supporting individual players in creating their own narratives to ensuring each team member takes ownership of the tale we weave together.
I am an avid believer in nurturing talent at all stages of their journey, from teaching at universities and colleges to mentoring aspiring communicators through service. I can't wait to work with the formidable talent entering the field in the coming years!
I don't take myself too seriously when I’m not working – and, frankly, sometimes when I am. Like many overachievers, I moved to D.C. in 2017. There's so much of the city left to explore, but I'm certain I've found home here. Exploring the vibrant corners of the District, hiking with my Italian greyhound Dusty Lebron James, watching Premier League matches on patios around town and basking in the seats of Nationals Park are just a few of my joys.
Beyond my passion for crafting compelling stories, I also deeply enjoy well-built narratives in books and popular culture. If I'm not immersing myself in a riveting mystery or spy novel, you'll likely catch me quoting an Avenger – or two. And don't even get me started on Ted Lasso; it's practically a masterclass in character-driven storytelling.
